Susan L. Pilcher’s (firstname.lastname@example.org) professional background features over 20 years of immigration law experience, including nearly a decade as full-time law faculty at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. In private practice since 2002, she has practiced exclusively in the immigration and consular law arena since joining Carroll & Associates, PC as Of Counsel. Previously, she also represented businesses and individuals in commercial transactions, litigation, and health law matters. The depth and breadth of her experience enables her to evaluate complex issues from a variety of perspectives.
Ms. Pilcher has regularly appeared as a featured speaker at national conferences and events sponsored by such organizations as the American Immigration Lawyers Association and ILW.com. She has also published extensively, most recently as a contributing author and Associate Editor of AILA’s Immigration Options for Investors and Entrepreneurs (2d ed. 2010). She is widely known for her knowledgeable and highly experienced representation of EB-5 investors from over 35 countries and her expertise with consular processing worldwide. She earned her law degree with distinction from Stanford Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review and earned an academic prize for her legal writing.
